ORAL PRESENTATIONS

Oral presentations should be always accompanied by .pptx or .pdf presentations. Speakers are entirely responsible for the presentation content (order, graphics etc.). All presentations have to be delivered in English.  

The screens’ aspect ratio will be 16:9. Please note that Apple Keynote and Prezi presentations are not supported. Please upload your presentation to the presentation computer at latest 20 minutes before your session starts. 

Time reserved for a scientific presentation is:   

Invited talk – 30 minutes (+ 5 minutes for discussion) 

Contributed talk – 15 minutes (+ 5 minute for discussion) 

POSTER PRESENTATIONS

All presenting authors attending the Seminar should bring their printed posters to the venue.  

POSTER DIMENSIONS 

Maximum poster dimensions (portrait orientation) should be 841 mm wide and 1189 mm high (33 inches x 46,8 inches), the format is A0. Your poster must not exceed the recommended size. The organizers will provide suitable fixing material.  

MOUNTING YOUR POSTER  

The Poster area will be open for poster mounting for Poster session from Tuesday, 22 September 2026, from 8:00. Please remove your poster by Wednesday 23 September, 10:30.  

One poster will be placed on one side of the board, and each poster spot will be given its unique poster number, which corresponds to the ID number you received via e-mail when submitting your abstract. 

POSTER FLASHES 

We ask each poster presenter to prepare maximum of two slides in pdf and send them via e-mail to m.kozak(at)matfyz.cuni.cz before Sunday, 20 September 2026. Each presenter will be given 90 seconds on stage to introduce her/his poster during the Poster flashes session.
