Kuhlowitz is a street village, which means it consists of only one street, the "Dorfstraße". Kuhlowitz belongs to the town Bad Belzig in the Brandenburg district Potsdam-Mittelmark. It is located in the middle of the nature reserve Naturpark Hoher Fläming / Belziger Vorfläming. The small town of Bad Belzig (about 11,000 inhabitants) is only about 4 kilometres away and has a lot of charm with its historic town centre and Eisenhardt Castle.
